We spent a lot of time ensuring that all existing, valid and fully paid customers were contacted at the launch date of FUNdamental Campus with full instructions on how to set up your new access to the platform.

It is possible that you may have previously opted out of receiving emails from us, or that the emails we sent were blocked by spam filters or firewalls in your email system.

The first thing is to check your SPAM folders. All our emails are from the address support@funancialfreedom.com, you might like to use the search facility in your email system to see if you can find our messages that way. We also recommend whitelisting our address so you don't miss any future communications.

If you still cannot find our emails and you believe you should have received a communication to move your account to the new platform, please email us at support@funancialfreedom.com and we will do our very best to help you resolve the issue.
